We do not refund or exchange if box condition or paint job are not 100% perfect. However please be reassured our shipping team does double inspections before packaging your orders. - Refund Eligibility : PLEASE BE AWARE. WE CAN ONLY OFFER A REPLACEMENT FOR ITEMS THAT ARE BROKEN BEYOND REPAIR. VISUAL/COLOR FLAWS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE.
Replacements will only be issued on case by case basis, but are not guaranteed. We reserve the right to offer a replacement for items that are deemed damaged beyond repair with corresponding documents submitted at the time of claim.
